Extended Hours

Extended Hours are offered between 18:30 to 20:30 and are provided by the Smartcare PCN Hub. 

Weekend appointments are available by calling 0121 203 0222.

When We Are Closed

The practice has arranged with Badger Medical Services to provide emergency care when surgery is closed.  If our patients fall ill or become unwell when surgery is closed, they should call on 0121 766 2100 and ask for help.  T

hey can also phone NHS111 on 111 for advice or attend a local Walk-in Centre.

111 online is a fast and convenient alternative to the 111 phone service and provides an option for people who want to access 111 digitally. 

Your needs will be assessed and you will be given advice about whether you need:

  • Treat yourself at home
  • Go to a Primary Care Centre

If you need face to face medical attention you may be asked to attend a Primary Care Centre.

Important Announcement: Surgery Telephone Lines are now open from 8am daily starting from 01/10/2024.

We would like to inform you of an important update regarding our services at Weatheroak Medical Practice wef 01/10/2024.

To improve telephone access for our patients, we are pleased to announce that surgery telephone lines are now open from 8am on all week days.

Note - Surgery doors will still open from 08:30 am as normal.

Please ask our recption team for any queries regarding this.
